I tried everything i found on the internet and nothing seems to help. I had this problem before but disabling touch screen fixed it however it doesnt help this time. I got problem that my cursor jumps to the same spot on the screen. I just can't do anything, in work im using adobe illustrator, photoshop and it's really hard to do something cuz it every few time when i grab an object cursor moves by itself to the right corner. When i upgraded to windows 11 from windows 10 it started to happend thats why i thought it might be again problem with touch screen but no this time it doesn't help. That's why i decided to downgrade to windows 10 but the problem still occurs.

    Hi!

Welcome to Microsoft Community and thank you for sharing your concern with us today.

I understand from your message that Mouse cursors jumping around.

This issue may happen due to driver and hardware problems.

Some users reported that disabling Enhance pointer precision can also help in resolving the issue:

    1. Go to Control Panel.
    2. In the Control Panel search box, type mouse.
    3. Click Mouse.
    4. Under Motion, uncheckEnhance pointer precision.
    5. Click Apply, then OK.

You can also try disabling additional mouse driver from Device Manager to see if the problem will persist:

    1. Go to Device Manager.
    2. Locate and right-click on the additional mouse driver that you're not using (if there's any).
    3. SelectDisable device.
    4. Click Yesto proceed.

You can also go to the official website to reinstall the touchpad driver.

If the issue still persists, try to roll back the mouse driver to its previous version.

    Best Regards

    Hi!

The above solution can't solve your problem.

We suggest that you do as following:

    1. Search Device Manager in the search box.
    2. See if there is a pen Driver, click Disable.

Feel free to post back if you need further assistance.

    Best Regards
