DirectX Runtime Error
Hello. I am getting en error while I am trying to launch mortal shell It says "The following component is required to run this program: DirectX Runtime"
I've seen some other people who are getting same error in the community but none of the suggested solutions worked with me I 've tried reinstalling the game and DirectX several times and nothing has changed. Also I've checked for updates.
I appreciate any help. Thank you

2021-11-09T08:44:32+00:00 Perfect! thanks for that information, first try to reinstall the game.
Method 2:
Right-click the game click Properties> Compatibility> Run compatibility troubleshooter
Follow the prompt and try to run in different compatibility mode.
Method 3:
Try to reinstall the Nvidia GPU driver, kindly follow the steps from the link: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/forums/gef...
Note: If that is an old game it might not be compatible with the Windows 10 operating system

2021-11-09T08:22:48+00:00 Hi and thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.
This problem actually occurs when there is a problem with your graphics card driver, moreover, is it just happening to a specific app or game? have you tried to clean install the GPU Driver?
Key ask:
- May I know what particular game is it?
- May I know the make and model of your GPU driver
Let me know how does it go and I hope that helps.
Bernard
