Windows 10 can't find my location (and any other locations) after the update

After today's auto update, I realized my computer shows the wrong time.

Then I found out its auto time zone setting was Mountain Time (I'm in Toronto, should be Eastern Time)

The time was fine after I turn off the auto timezone and manually select it.

But when I open the Map app (try to know where my computer think I am), the map locates me at Calgary by default (again, I'm in Toronto, and the google map works fine).

No matter what address I put in, the Map app just tells me "We can't find blablabla..." (which means I can't do anything with "default location" as well), tried with 30+ different address like multiple hotels/restaurants/my home/friends' home/landmarks across NA, everything is "We can't find..."

So, what's happening to my system?

Hello, I'm Greg, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, specializing in Installation, Performance, Troubleshooting and Activation, here to help you.

Windows 10 has always had location problems. Many wonder why Google maps from a browser has near-pinpoint accuracy but Windows 10 System doesn't. This is explained best here.

    https://www.lifewire.com/location-in-windows-10...

You can try setting location as shown here:

    https://www.howtogeek.com/264809/how-to-set-you...

    https://www.digitalcitizen.life/how-set-your-de...

You can also set your country or region locations if that helps:

    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/68106-chang...

Make sure Location Services is enabled in Services.msc, by typing Services.msc in Search box, run as Administrator, scroll down to Location Services to Start abd set ti Automatic.

If you want to express your opinion on this to Microsoft use the Feedback Hub app in Start Menu where developers are tasked to process consumer feedback. They will not even see it here. This is a tech forums staffed mostly by volunteers trying to help others with your problems.

If you want to post back a Share link from your Feedback here others who see this thread can vote it up and add to it.

As to the time, I too have had issues with Time Zones updating and often have to change them manually when I travel. Fixes for time issues can sometimes by resolved by Right click the Time and date at right end of Taskbar, Choose Adjust Date/Time,

In pop up box scroll down to Related Settings , choose Date, Time & Regional Settings

In Popup again under Related Settings, scroll down to choose Additional date, time & regional settings.

In popup under Date & Time, choose Set the Time and Date.

Then click on Internet Time tab, and Change Settings, tick the box to Synchronize with an Internet Time Server, change the Time server in drop down menu, then choose Update Now, then OK on small box, OK on large box.

I hope this helps. Based on what you report back I can answer any questions and may have other steps to perform.
