Windows keeps asking to install DirectPlay

Hi. A few days ago Windows 10 asked me to install DirectPlay. This was something like: this application requires you to install DirectPlay. I clicked to install it. Whole the process seemed to procede fine but from that moment I keep getting the monit to install DirectPlay.
No matter what I choose - to install it or to skip, the Windows is asking for it again and again each few minutes.

I've checked how it looks in programs and functions and Direct Play is on and checked.
So how to get rid of this monit?

    Hi Fora Juzef,

I think I see the problem, BattleTech is an older game that requires DirectX 9 to be installed, you have DirectX 12, which is backwards compatible to 11 and 10, but not to 9

Download the DirectX runtime from the link below, and install that, then restart (not shut down) your PC.

    Thanks Dave.

    Here is the screenshot.

It pops up when I play any game (yesterday it was Diablo III) but yesterday also when used Irfan view for the screenshots and it seems that also without reason like when I don't use any "graphic" app.

As you can see, the pop up does not specify WHICH app "requires to install DirectPlay":

Hi David. Thank you for the answer.

No. It shows actually any time. Not connected with any game or special activity.

Here are the screenshots and the one from installed windows functions - which shows that direct play is installed and checked.
