Hi, when will Core i7-7700HQ @ 2.80GHz CPU be added to the eligible list for Windows 11 upgrade? I have a hard time believing that this CPU is inadequate for Windows 11. Is Microsoft really trying to squeeze out so many users by making vast CPU numbers ineligible? I don't understand why Microsoft is doing this.

    Hello Community experts,

I have seen the list of eligible processors of intel, I can see i7-7820HQ. Why not i7 7700hq is eligible.
Both are released in the q4 of 2016.
    Please help me understand.

    Thanks

There is no announcement on changing requirements.
However, I advise you to open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.

    Hello @d g

I am not sure what kind of solution you are looking here in the boundaries of this forum?
It has been already discussed that it is not supported for Windows 11.
I advise you to file a report in the Feedback Hub App and ask people with similar issue to upvote it if there was no other opened already.

Hope this helps with your query!
