The "don't load" registry key is for specifying control panel applets that you don't want to load when control panel opens. Since it's part of the Windows operating system - and not malware - the key will be regenerated if you delete it.

Revo Uninstaller is for uninstalling applications, not registry keys.

Tree Size is for analyzing folders on the hard drive, not registry keys.

In your case, since the "don't load" key appears to be empty, it is not the reason why you don't seem to have anything in control panel. I have no idea what you could have done to cause that to happen.

    Good Day SamFantastic,

I appreciate your time getting back to this thread, how about the Treesize app? are you able to locate the folder and delete it?

If issue persists, you can try to scan your computer and check if there are malware or rootkits running in your system.

You can use the app called Malwarebytes, here's the link below to download.

    https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/thank...

Once downloaded and installed open the app and perform a scan and check for infection.

Restart once done and try to delete the registry entry.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely, Carlo T.

    Good Day SamFantastic,

My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 10 pc and community member like you. Let us work together to sort this out.

Try to remove it completely using the Revo uninstaller, go to this link below to download the app.

-Once downloaded and installed, click Forced Uninstall

-Search or locate the Dont Load folder

-Click Next to Uninstall it completely including any registry entries

Once done , restart your computer and check if its still exist.

Other option is using tool called Treesize app

    Here's the link to download.

    https://www.jam-software.com/treesize_free

Once downloaded and installed, open the app locate the folder location

Right click on it and hit "Delete"

Once done restart your computer and check.

Once the folder is deleted, you can feel free to uninstall the Revo or the Treesize app.
