My Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 works on Windows 11 - somewhat. All the standard keyboard operations work properly, and two of the the special function keys work, however, the MS Mouse and Keyboard Center software says "no supported device". Any suggestions??

Again - thanks for the reply. There is no Bluetooth in the device manager. It's a desktop system running Windows 11 with no Bluetooth capabilities. I did turn Bluetooth on in services, but no change in the function of the keyboard. I've used the keyboard on a number of desktop computers back to Windows XP, non of which had Bluetooth. I believe the keyboard just uses a USB transponder.

    Any other thoughts??

    Thank you

    Hi ,RGBCMYKBKA

    Thank you for responding back.

Open the device manager, find the Bluetooth driver, double-click, select the device, and update if necessary.
