My PC is heavily stuttering and no matter what I do it doesn't fix the issue.

This problem first started a few days ago. Basically, PC starts to stutter and it's super hard to work with it. It's happening every 5 seconds when it's at its worse state. Visuals look stuck for fraction of a second and if I'm listening to the music atm it will also stutter. It's a weird sound I can't explain it. I can say a glitch sound but it's quite worse than that. Here is a clip of music I was listening to when that stutter issue is happening:- https://youtu.be/w1wfhYgIJw0

Sometimes you will hear a pause in the music but when I was listening to it I heard a weird sound during that period. Apparently, my screen recorder couldn't capture it. And here is another example:- https://youtu.be/PzJlWLCoAQ8

Of course it's not just youtube it happens when I'm working with other apps/software too. It's just easy to demonstrate by playing a youtube video

During this time when I'm trying to move my mouse it stuck in one place and suddenly pop up a bit later.

Also I'm running into BSODs when I'm playing games or when my PC is handling a high workload task. Error code is DPC Watchdog Violation. Here is my minidump folder:- https://1drv.ms/u/s!AuFTXGd093loiwLZSicSwaBh7s2C?e=RdvJia

I checked the reasons from Event viewer all of them had the same errors.

Here are the screenshots of those errors.

Also when the stutter is happening when I'm playing games fps count suddenly drops and stays like that for 1-2 seconds and comes back to its normal fps count. And simultaneously my ping also jumps to a higher number (For example 100ms to 250ms and comes back to 100ms in 1-2 seconds later).

I didn't has any issue like this. I was able to play games without any lags or stuttering.

And if I'm typing something while stuttering if I hit a key and PC stutter at the same time it will type that letter a few times. For example, when I'm typing "Windows" and I hit "s" and PC stutter at that same time it will look like this --> Windowssssss

When I was working with premiere pro I ran into BSODs 3 times.

I tried to check what causes this problem but couldn't find anything. I didn't update anything didn't update any drivers. But after I noticed the stutter I immediately update everything (windows and drivers) but it didn't fix the problem. I even uninstalled all recent programs I installed it didn't even fix anything. Uninstalled my anti-virus software but nothing happened. I even ran Memory diagnostic test twice didn't find any errors. Checked my hard drives with crystal disk info didn't find anything bad. No matter what I do the problem is still there and I don't know what to do now. It's really annoying and I can't even attend online meetings because my PC stutter every 5 seconds. It's like looking at a video with a broken connection.

But every time a stutter is happening system process comes to the top of the task manager processors list and go down again.

I took these screenshots from performance monitor. Circled areas are the places where stuttering happened.

Please give a solution to my problem I can barely use my PC for anything. It's so annoying. :'(

    EshanAseniya,

Your .dmp files have been received with many thanks. After analysis, we concluded that the cause of the blue screen was an error in gwdrv.sys. This means that the blue screen is caused by some security optimization or antivirus software, or malicious programs. Here are solutions you can apply:

    1. Temperally disable all security optimization or antivirus softwares that may exist on your system, and uninstall all apps that you no longer need.
    2. Perform a clean boot in Windows: Press and hold Windows+R -- Enter msconfig -- Hit Enter -- Click on Services -- Check to hide Microsoft services -- Click Disable All -- Reboot the device, and confirm if the problem solved.
    3. Hold down Windows+X to run Windows PowerShell (Administrator), and execute the following commands respectively in sequence:

    sfc /SCANNOW

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

Allow the process to finish and see if it solves any issues. Restart the device afterward.

    1.  Select StartSettingsWindows UpdateCheck for updates. If the upgrade is available, you can choose to install it.

Feel free to let me know if any update.
