I looked up what the Windows bugcheck code 0x000000d1 meant and here is what I found: "The DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL bug check has a value of 0x000000D1. This indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory while the process IRQL that was too high."

    Sorry for the slow response.

One of the recent minidumps files points to "wdiwifi.sys". I think it is a Windows driver related to the WIFI.

I recommend that you update or uninstall and reinstall the WIFI driver.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.

    Hello Paul,

    Thanks for the reply.

I had done reinstall the Intel graphic driver and run the memory test as per suggested.
    Memory Test OK.
Seems like BSOD issue is still there.
Attached the new dump as below link.

    https://1drv.ms/u/s!AolMQRh_VoBU-ghlhiSQPksjv6kp?e=vycXiU

Let me know if further info required.

    Thank you.

    Hi xinjuntan,

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

A minidump file indicates the file "igdkmd64.sys". It is related to the Intel graphics card driver.

I recommend that you uninstall the driver again then install an older version.

    __________________________________________________________________

Also, another dump file report indicates "MEMORY_CORRUPTION". This issue might be caused by faulty RAM/Memory.

I recommend that you test the RAM again but use MEMTest86 this time. Make sure to have at least 8 full passes for a near conclusive result.

Follow the guide from the link below.

    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/14201-memte...

    Let me know the result.

    Thanks.
