How to enable ClipSVC

So, I don't remember but, apparently I disabled ClipSVC. I don't remember how I did it, but somehow i managed to disable it. Now I need it enabled to update my Microsoft Store apps. I can't interact with it whatsoever.

    Please try this if it helps.

    If ClipSVC is missing or not running, please try the method below.

    Please click and download Client License Service (ClipSVC) .reg file at the link below

    https://www.tenforums.com/attachments/tutorials...

    Save the .reg file to your desktop

    Double click the downloaded .reg file to merge it

    When prompted, click Yes, and OK

    When finished, safely restart your computer to apply

    Please check if the issue still persists.
