If ClipSVC is missing or not running, please try the method below.
Please click and download Client License Service (ClipSVC) .reg file at the link below

Save the .reg file to your desktop
Double click the downloaded .reg file to merge it
When prompted, click Yes, and OK
When finished, safely restart your computer to apply
