It’s still there
Black border Around Focus/Selected Items
Hi,
Is there a way to remove or disable the black border? I tried disabling the narrator but it doesn't work.

I am Dave, I will help you with this.
Open the old Control Panel (click your Start Button, then jsut type control and press Enter)
At the top right of Control Panel, set View to Icons
Open the Ease of Access Center
Click 'Make the keyboard easier to use'
Is 'Underline keyboard shortcuts and access keys' ticked?
If so, untick that and click OK

Please try enabling that setting, then restart your PC and then turn off that setting again.
