Hello, I'm A&K. I'm glad to be able to help you.

Using MediaCrationTool to overwrite installation may be helpful, please go to: https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/win... to download MediaCreationTool, double-click to run, and select "Upgrade this computer".

This is not to reinstall your system, so you don't have to worry about losing files and programs. But to avoid accidents, I suggest you back up important files in advance.

Hi, I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

According to some information I found on the internet, you need to have Windows version 1809 or later.

What is the version of Windows?

    • Press "Windows + R", type winver, and click OK.

If you prefer, send a screenshot (Windows + Shift + S).

If your Windows is newer than 1809, do the following:

Temporarily disable your antivirus and try to download it.

If the problem persists, try the alternative download on the page below.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions.

Sorry, I may not have experience in such a situation, usually using MediaCrationTool to perform the update can fix this problem.

Please see if my expert colleagues have other ideas.
