Hi JadeDwbi
How are you? I hope you are doing good.
I am Juliet and It's my pleasure to help you today.
I know how frustrating this may be for you but I'll do my very best to help you :)
To fix the wifi issue, I would suggest you reset your network settings.
- First of all, press the Windows key + I on your keyboard to open up the Windows Settings app.
- On the Windows Settings screen, on the left hand side, click on the Network and Internet option.
- Then, on the Network and Internet tab, click on the Advanced network settings option at the bottom.
- Under More settings, click the Network reset option.
- Finally, click the Reset now button to reset your network settings.
- After the settings have been reset, your computer will be restarted.
- Once your PC boots up, try enabling WiFi to see if the problem still occurs.
I hope it helps! Let me know the results.
Please Let me know if you have more questions or the above method didn't work for you, I'll be more than happy to assist you further :)
