Cannot download lenovo ventage from microsoft store

I appreciate your time getting back to this thread , please proceed with these steps.

-Press Windows key + R

-Type wsreset.exe and hit Enter.

Waif for few seconds while it is resetting the Store cache.

-Press Windows key + X

-Click Windows Powershell Admin

-Copy and paste each of the commands below and hit Enter

PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}

Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Once you enter those commands restart your computer and try to install the app in the Microsoft Store.

when i click to download it opens in Microsoft store only
