Right Click Folder Select Properties then select Security tab and select owner "Change" button then where you see window where you have to enter user name who will own this folder paste this NT SERVICE*TrustedInstaller*
Change ownership of Windows directary back to Trusted Installer.
So I'm very new when it comes to being an admin user, and as such I <removed> the computer by making my user account the owner of the whole "This PC\OS (C:)\Windows". Now I'm wondering how do I change the ownership of the directory back to trusted installer from the current owner. If this isn't figured out soon I'm gonna have to THOW OUT the pc bc it renders unusable to do pretty much anything with. Also I capitilized the names of the two Admin accounts I have, and as such when it comes to file/folder props. they act like a non-admin account trying to change the "This PC\OS (C:)\Windows". How do I change the props back so they can work like an admin account in the "This PC\OS (C:)\Windows" directory?

2021-12-01T13:42:05+00:00 I emailed somebody who can tell the person who is trying to fix this to: tell person to change the owner and to try typing NT SERVICE\TrustedInstaller in the text box above the Advanced button.
And I since I don't want to say that you figured this out I said: Don't even try asking me about this because I'm not going to say anything about how I found this out.
All we can do now is hope this works.
I'll let you know the results when I get back to where the PC with the issue is or when as soon as I can when I get an email back with the results.

2021-12-01T13:13:09+00:00 Thanks for the help. I have somebody else who actually owns the other 2 admin accounts, and they are trying to fix it. We know how to get into auto repair, I have told quite a few people how to. Would it be easier to fix in safe mode?

2021-12-01T13:57:28+00:00 remember that trusted installer needs to have shield icon (as protected admin icon) next to Change button (to change you need to be admin icon) if its not showing up restart pc and it will pop up otherwise windows will not recognize this as legit default owner
