    Good Day HimanshuNigam1979,

My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 10 pc and community member like you. Let us work together to sort this out.

Here's the steps you can try.

    -Press Windows key + X

    -Click Task Manager

    -Click Processes Tab

    -Look for Windows Explorer

-Right click on it and hit Restart..

    -Press Windows key + X

    -Go to Device Manager

    -Expand the Display Adapters

-Look for Display driver that was installed

    -Right click and Uninstall

Once uninstalled, it will automatically installed after restart.

    Restart your computer and check.

I hope the information above helps. Please let me know how it goes.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.

    Hi Himanshu,

    Good Day.

You can try the following steps to resolve the issue. Seeing the screenshot of your error, I would suggest you to try option 2 first cause i can see Teams running on your system.

Step 1: Configure your antivirus software

You might need to adjust your firewall settings to include the webcam software as an allowed application. See your antivirus software documentation for more information.

Step 2: Verify that your app can use the webcam.

Use these steps to make sure your app can access your webcam.

    1. From the Start menu, click SettingsPrivacy, and then click Camera.
    2. In the Allow apps to access your camera section of the menu, choose the setting that is most applicable for your webcam.
    3. Under Choose which apps can access your camera, select your preferred individual settings to On or Off.

Hope this helps out. Let me know.

    Cheers!
