Kiosk restart?

How can I restart my WIn10 PC

So it does not go into Kiosk mode, but to my main Administrator account?

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Is Kiosk mode set on another user account, not on your Admin account?

    If you press Ctrl + Alt + Del and choose to restart the PC, then immediately press and hold both shift keys until you see the login screen, can you then log into your Admin Account?

    That doesn't work

    I restarted the PC pressing both shift keys, but it still went to the Kisosk account automatically

    How can I stop this?
