Hi 5395racing,
I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.
Try to access the Windows Recovery Environment, turn your computer on and off three times. While booting, make sure you turn off the computer when you see the loading logo. After the third time, Windows 10 will boot into diagnostics mode. Click Advanced options when the recovery screen appears.
Then in the "Choose an option" screen, click Troubleshoot => Advanced Options => select Startup Repair.
If that didn't work, select System Restore and follow the on-screen instructions.
If both options didn't work, then RESET your PC.
in the "Choose an option" screen, click Troubleshoot => Reset this PC and follow the on-screen instructions.
I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.
