I can't uninstall programmes problem with installer.exe

I have a Microsoft account - sarah_******@live.co.uk which is how I run Microsoft 365 and presumably Windows.

However, I've come across a problem recently. Everytime I try and Run as an Administrator or uninstall and App it comes up with my private email address and asks for a password. I have no idea what this password is and there seems no way to reset it. I am very stuck now and need help urgently with this matter.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi Sarah

Do you have a Work or School account lined to your PC?

    Open the Settings App.

    Go to Accounts.

Select Emails and Accounts, if there is a work or school Email listed there, remove it.

Select Access Work or School, if there is a work or school Email listed there, remove it.

Close the Settings App and restart (not shut down) your PC.

    Hi Susan

If that is not your Microsoft Login and that is a 3rd party application you are trying to uninstall, you should use the free version of Revo Uninstaller to force uninstall that application.
