I have a few programs that I want to use but they won't run on anything higher than Win XP.
Is there anywhere I can get a download of Win XP?
I understand that I wont get any support for it, I just want to install it on an old PC.

We can't help you.
Microsoft no longer has XP ISO downloads and we can't recommend anywhere to download it from as they may have malware embedded with it.
And even though it is no longer supported, but you find a download, it still does not come for free.

If you do a search on eBay you should be able to find sealed, new copies of XP. I got a copy of Windows 98SE that way a few months ago. Good luck!
