Good morning, I recently uninstalled the old version of the Minecraft launcher, in order to install the version of the Microsoft store, after changing the launcher, every time I open Minecraft, inevitably Windows 11 crashes, every single time, making the game unusable, I tried to do a clean boot as explained HERE, but it didn't fix anything.

Hi, ThomasPara00.
I'm Jen, a Windows user just like you. Glad to know that the issue was already solved and thanks for also sharing the steps you took as it seems like a common issue with the new launcher. While complete reinstallation is the most effective solution, there are other methods you can try in the future in case it happens again. I shared the article below.

Hi!! Sometimes When RAM becomes 100% It will Just Crash!
Because no system resources
It will show you different error code
Like Mine happened to Yesterday
I was playing Minecraft And Then when my ram got 100%
It got bsod
And There was written "Critical_Process_Died"
I now Has adjusted minecraft to low settings
and Now my ram goes to 75% Only
No BSOD :)
If It's working Then Welcome!!
