Good Day BlakeBennett24,
I appreciate your time getting back to this thread, what happen when you try to press the Fn + Z in you keyboard? does the keyboard backlit turns on?

I have done a fresh installation of Windows 10 Pro, hoping it would resolve my issue of my backlit keyboard not working.
I have a Toshiba Portege X20W-E and I cannot find any setting or option to enable this feature on my laptop.
Does someone know of the Toshiba/Dynabook application or Is there a setting within Windows for this?

Good Day BlakeBennett24,
I appreciate your time getting back to this thread, if issue persists even after clean install try to reach out to your computer manufacturer and have them check the device, or bring your device to a local shop near you and have them check the hardware components.
Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.
Sincerely,
Carlo T.
Unfortunately, nothing happens
Thanks,

Hi Carlo,
I have tried this application last night but it didn’t show the illumination option? Is there possibly a later version of this application that I am missing?
Thank you
