Booting is the same for Windows on Boot Camp.

What do you suggest if my regular Windows booting fails and the system cannot repair the failure?

There is little that can be done on Boot Camp to resolve this other than reinstalling Windows. As the standard Windows boot troubleshoot is not available on Mac.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi Elise.

    Thanks for helping me.

The windows system worked well on my MAC boot camp until recently. When Windows boots it fails and the error message is: critical process died. Apple online technician told me the boot camp files are still there, it is the problem of windows to fail in booting.

Can you talk with me to help check and fix the problem remotely?

    Thx.

Unfortunately I cannot connect remotely with you, however as I said previous with this type of error on Boot Camp you can’t follow the usually troubleshooting steps you would on a PC.

The apple technician is correct in saying that the files are still there, and you should be able to recover these from MacOS prior to reinstalling Windows.

    Kind Regards,

    Elise

Hi, I'm Elise, and I'd be happy to help with your issue.

Could you provide some further details, error codes or messages etc?

Unfortunately there is often little troubleshooting which can be done with bootcamp, usually the only course of action is to delete the bootcamp partition and re-install windows.

    Kind Regards,

    Elise
