This pop up is a feature of a Logitech Options app. Move to keyboard, More, Notifications, uncheck "A lock key is pressed".

    Hi Nicholas

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Windows does not generate those on-screen notifications, they are created by a utility usually installed by the PC manufacturer

Look for any PC manufacturers utility running in the background in task manager, and disable that temporarily, then press the caps lock key, if that n screen notification does not appear, you will know that is the utility causing those notifications.

If you cannot find the utility, what is the Make (HP, Lenovo, Asus...etc.) of your PC?

    Hi NicholasPatel

Did you install any specific software for your keyboard or mouse, that can also cause the on-screen notifications, check in the settings for those.
