Can't install .network framework 3.5 on Windows 11 Error Code 0x80071AB1

I just got this new PC it currently has .net framework 4.8 installed and turned on but to run a specific program I need 3.5 and nothing I try seems to be working I tried to check the box in windows features and receive the error code 0x80071AB1 and can't find anything online on how to fix this

    If none will work from the above solution, I suggest doing an in-place upgrade wherein it will upgrade the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.

    I would recommend using the SFC tool to try and repair the issue, and then try to install the update again.

    Hi Elise

    I attempted to run the SFC tool and at the end of the deployment I received an error 6833

    Its worth noting that I also received this error before when attempting to force install the .net framework 3.5 through the command prompt
