Visual Glitch - Windows 10

I don't know what happened. My computer was working fine yesterday but today, when I logged on, I started seeing things like this. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? (I have installed the latest update and restarting my computer doesn't do anything)

Update: The problem doesn't persist if my computer is started in safe mode but does when started in a clean boot

Update: The NVIDIA Graphics Driver was causing the problem. A simple uninstall and reinstalling of this driver solved the font problem. There are still a few visual glitches such as unintentional screen shake and some flashing

I would perform the clean installation as soon as I can but right now, I don't have a hard drive I can save my files in. I'm getting one right now. Meanwhile, I noticed that sometimes when I restart my graphics drivers or when I uninstalled and reinstalled them, I get a brief flash of everything going back to normal. Then the problem comes back. Do you know why this may happen and is there a way to fix this without performing a clean installation?

I'm trying to see if I can do something before my hard drive arrives

So the bad news is that I celebrated too quickly. The font is fixed but other visual glitches in other applications are still present. For example, in League of Legends, there are many lines that shouldn't be there. I've included a picture of what its spawn looks like to me vs what it should normally look like.
