I received 2 calls from a Private Number with a +49 country code, with an Indian accent.
He said to me that he was from Microsoft Tech Support and that my computer has been sending them many warning and error messages.
I think it is a Scam...!

That is a tech support scam that scares users about their machine. They will inform that your device got compromise with something malicious threat and provide assistance that is paid.
Don't entertain those scammers and don't let them access your device. If any application installed on your machine that you don't know, kindly uninstall them.
