Thank you so much for the fast reply! I will try these methods ASAP
I need a lotta help with my Toshiba Satellite.
Greetings, all. My Toshiba Satellite has been infested with a lot of viruses and I need to know how to restore to factory settings. I have a time getting it to boot up now, and I have tried the hold 0 during start up trick. I tried taking it back to a system restore point but it would appear that has been deleted. I don't have a drive, disc, or anything and quite frankly, I'm scared to plug anything in due to the viruses. I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium. If you all could help, I would be more than grateful. Thanks!

http://anz.dynabook.com/support/items/faq/69#WinVista
Windows 71. Click Start
- Select All Programs
- Select Recovery Media Creator
- Select the type of media to use under Disc Set (Single layer DVD, Dual Layer DVD or USB Flash Drive)
- Click on Create then follow the prompts to insert disks when necessary
Please note: When creating a recovery partition to a USB Device, it must be a USB Flash Drive that is formatted under FAT32. An External Hard Drive will not work.

Or:
You can borrow the exact same edition of Windows 7 Retail DVD and use your Product Key on the COA sticker to reinstall the operating system.

Or you can use this for preinstalled OEM or Retail Licenses.
Use the Windows 7 (August 2018) download option
Download the correct ISO file and make your own disk and use the Product Key that is on the COA Sticker.

With a Desktop it is either on the side, rear or top of the Computer Case.

2022-01-27T23:39:47+00:00 Oh yeah, I forgot to mention my paranoia about the virus transferring through my hotspot as well. Sorry if I'm being irrational.

2022-01-27T23:27:24+00:00 It is a lot of work these days to reinstall 7.
Look at removing that malware in Safe Mode with Networking.
And as it is a laptop, you need ethernet cable not wi-fi to do that.
Download, install, update and scan your System with the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware and if necessary do this in Safe Mode with Networking:

"Advanced startup options (including safe mode)"

This is a very good Program to scan your System to remove Adware, etc:
