Thank you claudier i have tried them but so far it doesnt seem to work but when on call with zoom i can hear the meeting and i also can use the mic without stopping the output of the headset but all the other systems are muted. so far the only way i manage to use the mic without muting the headset is to use the built in speaker of my pc. I might need to retry them tomorrow and i will update if your troubleshooting tips work. Thanks for replying so fast
-Hi, my name is Claudeir, I'm happy to help you!
Let's do a few steps, test if it resolved after each one:
-If your headset is already set as the input and output device, test using the Voice Recorder app, from Windows itself, see if the Microphone can record while you are listening to music, for example.
If it works correctly with the voice recorder, the problem is certainly related to your game.
-Right click on the sound icon in the taskbar > Sounds > in the Communication tab, select 'Do nothing' > apply.
-Let Windows reinstall all generic sound drivers:
Windows +X, Device Manager, under Sound Controllers, right click on all drivers, Uninstall. Under Audio Inputs and Outputs, right click on all Drivers, Uninstall. Restart the PC.
With the device connected, let's try troubleshooting:
Windows+i>Update & Security>Troubleshooting>Additional Troubleshooting>Bluetooth>Run Solution.
See if it solves the problem.
If necessary, let's reinstall the bluetooth drivers:
Windows+X > device manager > bluetooth, right click on all drivers, Uninstall. Restart the PC.
-Feel free to leave your opinion, marking as answered if the answer helped, or leaving more details so that we can continue the service, this is very important to us.
