Hi,

I am trying to download pictures and videos from my iPhone 11 to my computer on Windows 11. Every time it shows that I have 50 or more pics and videos to download. When I click okay it shows me error on every item and downloads like 2 pics.

How do I download all my current images to my computer from iPhone 11? Is there some setting I have to do?

Thanks,

RoGirl

Greg, Please look for better method. There is definitely something wrong with iPhone 11 and Windows 10 & 11 connection. It is detecting image names from I don’t where and telling me something went wrong. I went to check all the folders in DCIM and I couldn’t find those names. I never had this issue when I was using iPhone SE and Windows 7. It automatically imported the recent images every time.

Apple claims something is not right with Windows 10 & 11.

    Thanks,

    RoGirl

Hi RoGirl. I'm Greg, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, specializing in Installation, Performance, Troubleshooting and Activation, here to help you.

    1. First here are all ways to import pictures from iPhone to PC, steps are the same for Windows 10 and 11:

    1. If nothing else works I'd install OneDrive to iPhone and set it as default Camera Roll save location so that pictures are immediately sync'd to your PC via OneDrive where you can manage them without constant problems with USB import.

    The method is explained here:

    1. If that doesn't work then you can similarly use iCloud installed to PC to sync your files including Pictures:

    Hi Paul,

Here is the message I got. It keeps on going for each and every video and picture. When I click "Skip all files with errors" then it will import like 2 or 3 pics from two years ago. It will not import anything from current.
