This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
Hardware configuration:
CPU: intel12700K
GPU; NVIDIA quadro RTX 4000
Monitor: HP M27fwa
OS: Windows 10
So my issue is that whenever I am browsing videos (youtube, WSL, Netflix, etc) I get a black screen for a moment (less than 1sec) almost everytime I load a video, maximize or minimize the browser window where I am watching the video, close the window, etc.
This happens in both my browsers (Chrome and Edge).
I have tried a different monitor (samsung smart TV) and I don't have this issue.
I have been through the phone with HP (for the monitor) and checked it with a different PC (laptop) and the issue does not happen.
All the drivers ar at the latest version (GPU, monitor, etc) and windows OS it is also up to date.
For some reason the combo desktop PC with this monitor (HP M27fwa) has compatibility issue.
Can someone suggest a solution to this issue or have themselves found in this situation.
Thanks in advance.
[SOLUTION]
Nvidia control panel >adjust desktop colour settings; then change in “content type reported to the display” form “auto-select” to “desktop programs”

Good day! I'm Raniel, a Microsoft user like you. I understand your frustration regarding this issue and I'll do my best to help.
Just to clarify, did you make any changes to your machine before encountering this issue? Can you restart your graphics driver by pressing Win+Ctrl+Shift+B on your keyboard and see if it will turn back to normal?
Kindly reinstall your display driver to troubleshoot the issue:
or open command prompt using your admin rights then type "devmgmt. msc" on the command prompt window to open Device Manager > Expand Display adapters > right click on your display adapter and select Uninstall device > the Delete the driver software for this device check box > Uninstall.

If that didn't work, kindly perform the additional methods on this article as well: https://support.microsoft.com/sbs/windows/troub...
However, if the issue persist, kindly perform a repair install of your Windows which fixes the broken system files on your machine.
I hope this helps. Good luck!
