    Good Day Vasilisnikolo,

My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 11 pc and community member like you. Let us work together to sort this out.

-Where did you find that XML file?

The Extensible Markup Language (XML) is a simple text-based format for representing structured information: documents, data, configuration, books, transactions, invoices, and much more.

XML files are encoded in plaintext, so you can open them in any text editor and be able to clearly read it.

You can try to open it using Notepad to check what it is.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.
