Azure domain registration problem - Domain Service - Code: DeploymentFailed

I've been getting this error from domain service for a few days
how can i solve

    Hi @saitcan umar , what subscription type are you using? Please check that you have an active payment method and no past due balances. If your subscription is a trial or student subscription this may also be the cause. Please let me know if any of these solutions work. If not we can open a support ticket for you.
