d3derr_notavailable on Windows 11

Hello

I recently updated my windows 10 to 11 , after that I installed Resident Evil 6 steam version but when I open game I will get a wierd error!

this is the error:

When I set up to run as admin this is the error that I get:

I tried everything , updated my directx (even installed v9) , my graphic card driver is updated , windows is updated

I even tried to set the compatibility mode on windows 7/8 but didn't work

can someone help me please?

    No man you tried but this problem wasn't something normal , thanks for your time and help mate <3

    I could find a fix tho , I backed it up and then restored the game on my ssd drive where my windows is installed and it worked.

    This is the weirdest fix I've ever seen but it worked xD

    nope still same error -_-

    I really can't understand why is this happening , it's only for this game

    Hi,

    Sorry if it's not helpful.

    I will suggest that you clean uninstall the currently installed graphics card driver using DDU(https://www.guru3d.com/files-tags/download-ddu....) then install an older version of the driver from the PC/Graphics card manufacturer.

    nope , tried both and still have the same issue

    troubleshooter added compatibility mode and I got the second error

    1. Try to install DirectX End-User.

    1. Run the compatibility troubleshooter.

    Right-click the launcher > click Propeties > click Compatibility tab > click Run Compatibility troubleshooter.
