Tnx for trying to help but as i said many tiles i canot acces widows becauze i cant't do the windows setup

    Hi

    Thanks for your reply.

In your current situation, you cannot enter the safe mode and cannot use HP's own recovery program, but you can use the mouse and keyboard in the bios. The only way is to downgrade or upgrade your bios and try to reinstall the bottom driver of your mouse and keyboard to see if it help.

Otherwise, you may have to go to an offline computer repair shop to try to restore it.

Feel free to post back if you need more assistance.

    Hi

    Thanks for your reply.

In view of your current situation, you may not be able to use other peripherals to operate.

Can you use the mouse and keyboard in the windows recovery interface? If possible, try to enter the windows recovery mode first and repair your computer in the recovery mode. Check this link.

After you enter the recovery mode, if your mouse and keyboard can operate, you can try to enter advanced options to repair your computer, or open the command prompt window, enter the following command and press Enter to try to repair:

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    sfc /scannow

Let us know if it works.

    Best regards

    Hi

    Welcome to the Microsoft community.

I understand that you are suffering from the problem of "Mouse keyboard not working after factory reset stuck in the setup screen." If my understanding is wrong, please feel free to reply and correct me.

Have you tried to enter safe mode by long-pressing the power button? Check this link.

If your mouse and keyboard cannot be used, you can try to use the ps2 keyboard and mouse to see if it works normally.

In view of the fact that you cannot use the mouse and keyboard at present, but the bios can enter the operation, you can download an old version of the bios, insert u disk, enter the bios flash interface, flash an old version of the bios through u disk, and see if it can be solved. It may be that the USB device cannot be recognized normally caused by the new version of the bios.

You are welcome to reply to this topic at any time, and sincerely thank you for your support of Microsoft products and services.

    Happy new year!

    Best regards
