Thanks for bringing your concern up here at Microsoft Community.
It sounds like you are encountering blue screens with an error code: 0xc0000221 caused by hard driver.
It is recommended to enter Win RE mode and repair your system by USB installation media first.
- Prepare an empty U disk with at least 8G space, make a system installation medium, and boot into the system installation interface. Click hereto download the system image.
- Click Next > Click to select Repair your computer in the lower left corner.
- Now we will enter into Win RE mode, select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Boot Repair.
If the problem is still there, it will be necessary to reinstall your Windows 10.
