Hello TMBynum,
I am Jaspreet Singh.
Please go to your installed apps from settings and remove the cannon related softwares from the system.
Reboot and reinstall your printer driver again and it should resolve the issue.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
The following error box continues to appear when I login on to my computer.
There was a problem starting C:\Users\Tanya\CNMSSC-1.DLL
C:\Users\Tanya\CNMSSC-1.DLL is not a valid Win32 application.
I followed the directions from a previous questions, but when I Ctrl+Shift+Esc, Startup tab and scrolled through Canon was not listed. Next suggestion?
Thank you!
