Try run the Windows Update and download and install all updates and see if it works.
Try uninstall the HP driver and software and restart your PC and then run the Windows Update (while connecting your printer) and see if there is any update in the Windows Update.
If not, open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
