Critical Errors, Event ID 10111, 10110, 41

My PC continues to crash, no BSOD, the monitor will freeze and go black, like it's turned off or resetting, and then it either restarts very slowly, (even though I have an SSD) or I have to power off/power back on again.

I've replaced the PSU, added more RAM, gone through power mode settings, driver updates etc. and I'm at a complete loss on what is causing these crashes. Crashes will happen with just browser/zoom usage, using Photoshop or playing League of Legends. Error codes and PC Specs below - any insight would be incredibly appreciated. I have a Cintiq 21-UX (2009 DTZ 1st Gen) that I thought maybe a culprit, but I can't specify that it is as it still crashes without being plugged in. I recently upgraded to Windows 11 as well to see if that would help, but the same errors are occurring, so I'm tagging this as both Windows 11 and 10 as the problems persisted through both OS's.

The above data indicate that the computer is using Windows 11 in the unsupported fashion.

And the data indicate that the computer is having problems with the hardware since you've tried two different operating systems with new drivers.

More specifically there appears to be a GPU card problem.

    First reseat the GPU card.

If that does not work, if available, try an alternative port on the motherboard.

See if you can find a friend, neighbor, relative or local computer store to swap test the GPU card.

    For the swap testing:
    a) try a new card in the problematic computer
    b) try the card from the problematic computer in another computer

    Hello @Winterscape

the behavior you are explaining accompanied with the error Bugcheck 0x278 is usually a Hardware issue. The Events 6309 usually refer to a Critical data synchronization issue.

I would normally check first for PSU, but since you changed it, and assuming that you have enough power for the whole system, my next culprit would be the RAM modules. In this case since you have 24GB in dual channel, I suppose that you are using 2 different kinds of Modules. I would suggest to remove the smaller modules, and try independently the larger modules first. For example:

    first try: 1 8GB module
    Second try: 1+1 8GB module
    etc...
this way you can isolate which module is producing the issue.

there is another possibility (more remote and longer test) about drivers using the Driver Verifier Manager :

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/driver-verifier-tracking-down-a-mis-behaving/f5cb4faf-556b-4b6d-95b3-c48669e4c983
    "Summary
Driver verifier is a utility built into the OS (Vista, WIN 7, Win 8, and win 10) that will often find the driver/drivers that are the underlying cause of BSOD/Crashes It is an "iffy" proposition because it will not ALWAYS tell us which driver it was, but it is the best way to narrow down the possibilities"

Hope this helps with your query,
