Hello Skittluier
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate that you've taken the time to post your concern here in Microsoft Community Forum.
I understand that you have trouble with your keyboard. Let me go ahead and assist you.
In order for me to better understand the issue. I will be asking you the following:
- What type of Windows license are you using? (Windows Home, Pro or Enterprise)
- Is this working before?
- Did you made some changes that causes the issue?

Hi Jason!
- I'm using Windows Home.
- Yes, restarting my device always worked as a temporary solution.
- Well, I guess not, because my father also has these issues. The only thing we have in common is that we update our Windows software.
I have tried these common solutions, but unfortunately, they haven't worked for me or my father so far.
Best regards,
Skittluier
