On every program the font looks weird. I have a Nvidia GPU if that has anything to do with it

On the screenshot you sent looks like the font is right, but try this option below and if the font keeps pixelated, please send a picture (not a screenshot) of your monitor to see what is wrong.
On the Start Menu, type Clear Type and open the option "Adjust ClearType text" follow the instructions until the end.
