I'm helping my wife with a new phone (her Lumia 640, Win 8.1 did everything she wanted or needed, although mulitmedia texts no longer worked). is there a way to copy her contact list into a format to be transferred to her new android device. We could go the list one at a time to share via bluetooth, but is there an easier way?

    Hi Timmy.

You could simply configure in the new Android phone the Microsoft account that was used in the old Lumia: the contacts will be automatically synchronized.
As an alternative, open a browser in your PC and go to https://outlook.live.com/people/, click Manage in the top right corner and select Export contacts; click Export and you'll be prompted for downloading a . CSV file named contacts.csv which you can later import into Gmail or directly use it to transfer the contacts to the new phone.

    Bye.
