I’m not a robot puzzle

Trying to make an account but getting a puzzle that doesn’t look like it has a solution. It’s the Odd One Out puzzle but the whole screen is a picture of just one animal with no identifiable solution

    I have been trying to create an account for my son and I get to the not a robot puzzle where it asks you to select the lock. 15 locks in total, and no matter HOW FAST I select the locks, it still tells me I wasn't fast enough. Your verification is BROKEN. How is it that no one has done anything to fix it for so long after so many ppl complaining about it?
