Hi Inloopwinkel
I am Dave, I will help you with this.
A reply on the thread linked below indicates you should enter 4 zeros (0000) in that pairing box and press Enter, then on the keyboard type 0000 and press Enter and they should pair.

I raised a query earlier about problems with my new Windows 11 Pro system and suddenly losing bluetooth mouse & keyboard access. I've now solved part of the problem which was caused by different dialogues used in Windows 11 from previous versions of Windows causing me to make mistakes.
I've now just one remaining pairing query. It concerns my Microsoft keyboard where it's asking me for the PIN for my keyboard (see below). I have no idea what the PIN is. Note, while the dialogue refers to "Keyboard 6000", the model number on my keyboard actually shows "5000" - I don't know whether this makes a difference. I just want to know what exactly what I must key in (and where) to this dialogue to enable my keyboard to be connected.

Hi Inloopwinkel
Click your Start Button, then just type devicepairingwizard
On the resulting list, you should see that utility, open that and see if it can find and pair that keyboard.
.
I have an update to my last post which proves that the problem is not with the Acer Bluetooth driver. I have just successfully attached another Microsoft Mobile Keyboard 5000 to my PC. I used the default PIN 0000 which was accepted. It then displayed a code on my screen for me to type into my Keyboard 5000 and then connected it to my Acer PC.
So I suspect, as I suggested earlier, that the PIN on my other Keyboard 5000 has probably been changed from 0000. I have received no inpt to help resolve my question:
What is the pairing PIN for my Microsoft bluetooth keyboard?
Hi Inloopwinkel
Are you also typing 0000 and pressing Enter, on the keyboard you are trying to pair?
If you are, and it is still not working, then try updating your Bluetooth drivers
