Did you try installing the .NET framework fixes from the links I provided in the above answer?

Also, do you need to use the SetPoint tool? My understanding is that it's useless in the newer versions of Windows like in Windows 10 & 11.

I am getting the error from the event viewer:

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the SetPoint software. It is the latest version.

    Thanks for the reply.

Could you please tell where and how are you getting the above error?

Also a glance at your reply tells me that the Logitech SetPoint application is failing to run. It's a tool used for Logitech keyboard and mice in older versions of Windows. Do you use the tool or need it?

If yes, try reinstalling the SetPoint application.

And if that doesn't help, try installing the below,

I believe that the file is part of the C Runtime Library. You can reinstall it to get it back or else just search for it on the internet and download it.

A word of caution, downloading random dll files can infect your PC so be sure to make a backup of everything and be extra cautious before doing it.

If I may ask, do you get an error asking for the dll or do you need it for some program to work?
