I installed the latest intel driver from intel's website the windows downloaded the old driver again and installed it I tried disabling the update but nothing works. Even let it install the old driver then update it again but the problem is still not fixed. I installed the latest intel drivers which are from Feb it keeps reverting the driver to the 2019 version.

Hello JaySharma02,

Good day! I'm John Dev a Windows user like you and I'll be happy to assist you today. I know this has been difficult for you, Rest assured, I'm going to do my best to help you.

Please try using the “Show or Hide Updates” troubleshooter to hide the graphics driver update. Window Update won’t install hidden drivers or updates. Run the troubleshooter then please try hiding the graphics driver that will show in the list. You may try restarting your pc if it helps.

Unfortunately, the official download link for "Show or Hide Updates" troubleshooter has been broken or removed. You can safely download the "Show or Hide Updates Troubleshooter" in this alternative site.

People have been complaining about this since 2016, why is it still happening? Installing some unknown software to stop an install isn't a great option. You should be able to choose not to install something MS suggests.
