I have Windows 10 on my 8 plus year old HP desktop (previously running Windows 7) and tried to install Publisher 2007 back on it after Windows But,I get a system error message as follows: The coded execution 10 install. I get an error message that reads: "The code execution cannot be proceed because MSVCR80.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." So Microsoft website says no longer available. So my question is where can I get this file?

    I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience. I suggest installing the older versions of the visual c++ redistributables of Microsoft which installs this file. Try installing:

    Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package MFC Security Update

    Reboot your computer after the installation and check if the issue still persists.
