The "Service Host: Capability Access Manager Service" is casing my CPU Usage to hit 100%

I just noticed that my CPU usage is at 100% and the "Service Host: Capability Access Manager Service" is responsible. While other apps use between 0 to 5% of the CPU, the "Service Host: Capability Access Manager Service" is using between 80 to 90%. How do I fix or mitigate this?

It warns that whenever a process is stopped. Standard message. Maybe it will, maybe it won't.

Some processes will cause weird instabilities when stopped, others don't. Sometimes processes and their behaviour cause apparent stochastic error chains down the line. As to the 100% CPU usage of random processes, this used to happen to me a lot. Problem is finding out why this happens, diagnosing and fixing the issue is nigh on impossible due to lack of information.

You can either crash or disable the offending process in task manager/services. That should make your PC useable again but can't guarantee that won't have potentially negative side effects.

Sorry I can't be more help, windows 10 is far too complex for me to know whats going on with it most of the time.

One of the many problems with using such a complex and opaque operating system I guess. Not so much an issue personally for me anymore though.
