The "Service Host: Capability Access Manager Service" is casing my CPU Usage to hit 100%

I just noticed that my CPU usage is at 100% and the "Service Host: Capability Access Manager Service" is responsible. While other apps use between 0 to 5% of the CPU, the "Service Host: Capability Access Manager Service" is using between 80 to 90%. How do I fix or mitigate this?

Update: I just ended up disabling "Capability Access Manager Service" and it solved the problem. In doing so, CPU usage has dropped down to 7% usage. I'm not having any issues with my PC and Windows is working fine. Unless there is a reason to keep it on, I might just leave it as is until a new update is introduced.

I know this is the standard answer but it is not helpful. I always make sure everything is up to date. And if I have to reboot my PC every time this happens I would not get anything done. I just built a new PC and I am seriously regretting purchasing Windows 11 as OS instead of Windows 10. This is a known and common issue that Microsoft needs to address sooner rather than later. Thanks for taking the time to answer but please can we not just spout Microsofts answer to everything and acknowledge this is an issue

    Good Day StanRezaee,

My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 11 pc and community member like you. Let us work together to sort this out.

First, check for ssystem updates and install any updates available, once done check the driver that was installed in your device if they are updated.

Once done visit this similar thread and try these steps.

I know this is kinda unrelated to the issue, but disabling this service completely kills my ability to hear my teammates in Valorant and makes my microphone no longer work.
