The problem is we can't even use the keyboard to log in to get to the Bluetooth settings!

Hi,
Tried for hours talking with Logitech support to get my new MX Keys Mini keyboard to work. The keyboard keys do not work. The logi mouse works great. Just don't understand Bluetooth versus wireless. Directions below don't make sense because you cannot get the computer to open because you cannot type in login key.
Please help.

- Make sure the keyboard is turned on.
The LED on the Easy-Switch button should rapidly blink. If not, perform a long press for three seconds.

I am Jaspreet Singh.
The keyboard can connect in two ways to the system.
One is via Bluetooth like other Bluetooth enabled devices like headset etc
It via the bolt receiver (wireless)
** one thing that Logitech doesn’t specify if that the receiver you used to connect logi mouse won’t work for mxkeys mini. The keyboard uses bolt receiver ( not provided in the box and needs to be bought separately) while the mouse uses unifying receiver.
The only option is Bluetooth. Turn on keyboard for this ( make sure the battery for the keyboard is charged) then ensure that the lights on the easy switch key as in the guide are blinking rapidly if not press and hold the key until the lights start blinking.
Then open Bluetooth menu in your computer and click on add a device. Then again on add a Bluetooth device. Let it find the keyboard and click on the keyboard in the menu. Follow the steps further
